 Followed the recipe faithfully and it was amazing.  The garbanzos are needed. Over pasta is the way, but not over spaghetti, maybe shells or something.
+Oh, but, 'cut into large 2" florets' - heck no. Little bite size as we've always done roasted cauliflower.
